Accessibility statement
In the accessibility statement, we explain how the visitbomba.fi website complies with the law on the provision of digital services, what the accessibility gaps are and how you can give us feedback on accessibility issues. We will take accessibility into account when developing the service.
This website is the responsibility of Pielisen Karjalan Kehittämiskeskus Oy PIKES. We want as many users as possible to be able to use our digital services. We take accessibility into account in the development of our digital services.
How accessible is the site?
This largely meets the accessibility criteria of Level A and AA required by law (WCAG criteria 2.1). However, the website still has accessibility gaps, the main ones of which are described in more detail later in this report.

Content or functions that are not yet accessible
Headline levels
The order of the page headings is partly incorrect. This can make it difficult to navigate the page on a screen reader. The html code of the page may contain additional header layers without text. These layers appear to screen readers as empty headers (WCAG 1.3.1).
Text responses to images and graphs
The content pages contain some textual or non-decorative images for which no textual counterparts have been defined. Essential information is not conveyed due to inadequate textual responses, e.g. in infographics (WCAG 1.1.1, WCAG 1.4.5).
Exterior design
HTML code has been used in individual cases to format the content. The formatting of the bread text may contain incorrect tags in the html code. The tags bold, font, u and strike may have been used incorrectly. These may appear as errors to assistive technology users (WCAG 1.3.1).
Content contrast problems
The contrast between text and background colour is not always high enough (WCAG 1.4.3)
Content from other systems
The online service contains content imported from other systems, where accessibility gaps arise in the original system.
