Guesthouse Pihlajapuu

Located in an old wooden school in Salmenkylä, Guesthouse Pihlajapuu is the most idyllic place to stay for you. From your cozy room, you can easily move to enjoy delicious breakfast and dinner in the Pihlajapuu restaurant, relax in a warm sauna, or hop on the saddle of a free loan bicycle and head out to explore the surrounding nature. In winter you can also go cross-country skiing and rent ski equipment from the guesthouse.

There is a spacious gym in the yard of the guesthouse, which you can rent for day dances or memorable theme days and courses. Services, meals, and accommodation can be provided by the guesthouse. You can also find a lovely smoke sauna on the other side of the lake, about a mile from the yard of the guesthouse, which offers a refreshing experience for your group. You can arrive at the smoke sauna in the summer, for example, by canoe, and in the winter, the journey across the lake goes smoothly with snowshoes. Various campfire meals can be arranged in the hut next to the smoke sauna.
