Kainiemi Villas

Kainiemi is located in Kynsiniemi on the shore of Pielinen, 12 km from the centre of Nurmes. Two high quality villas with all modern amenities have been built in a beautiful and peaceful area.

Kainiemi offers not only peace and quiet, but also excellent year-round recreational opportunities for all tastes and ages. There is a private tennis court on the premises, which is freely available to guests during the summer. For cross-country skiers, there are traditional ski runs in the winter, weather permitting, right next to the villas. Snowshoes are also available to explore the surrounding nature. In the autumn, the area is an excellent base for hunting, fishing, berry and mushroom picking, etc.

Depending on the choice and the time of year, it is also possible to organise a wide range of programme services.

Villa Erika

Villa Erika is suitable for a larger group, e.g. for a holiday for several generations. There are two spacious bedrooms downstairs and three upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have a wonderful view of the Pielisi River. A fireplace heated from the terrace also heats the sauna. The high quality kitchen has all the comforts and excellent equipment. The villa is equipped with wireless internet access, which also works directly on the TV. The villa has its own sandy beach and rowing boat.

Villa Annika

Villa Annika is a cosy villa for one family or a small group of friends, right on the shores of Pielinen. The bedroom, living room and loft have a total of 4+2 beds. The villa has a fireplace heated from the terrace, which also heats the sauna. The high quality kitchen has all the comforts and excellent equipment. The villa is equipped with wireless internet access, which also works directly on the TV. The villa has its own sandy beach and rowing boat.

It is also possible for a larger party to rent both villas at the same time. Villa Erika can also accommodate a larger group and, if necessary, it is possible to order food and catering from the nearby Männikkölkä inn, which is famous for its delicious Karelian pies and tasty dishes.
