Relaxing and cleansing peat sauna

The peat sauna cleanses and revitalises the body. Peat stimulates the metabolism, removes waste products and relaxes the muscles. The peat sauna relieves stress and improves sleep quality.

The sauna night includes peat, tablecloths, detergents and an herbal tea after the sauna.

Duration: 1,5 h, 2,5 h with sauna.
