Traditional Karelian pastries form the basis of our coffee bread and pastry menu. We offer both savoury and sweet pastries that are guaranteed to make your mouth water! All products are created by the skilled bakers at the Pielispakari bakery, which specialises in Karelian baking. By the way, did you know what a soup is? Supikas is not only a Karelian woman’s dancing shoe, but also a pasty-like delicacy made from thin pie dough. It’s a Karelian tradition too!
